These guys are great. I got a new rx with refills but wasn’t sure the process for calling them in. When I reached someone, he told me it’s usually 24-48, but that they’d get mine ready right now since I was in the area & it was my first time. There’s sometimes a line, but they are kind & efficient.

Nicole Gargano is the absolute best Pharmacist I have ever talked to. She has the things you don’t learn in school. Even Nicole’s voice is pleasant to hear, she never sounds like your bothering her, she always has the answers to my questions, she knows her jobs and others as well. When I hear her voice in the other end of the phone when she calls to let us know it’s time to refill our maintenance meds I feel confident the whole phone call is going to be a breeze and I will be totally taken care of at the end of the call. One more thing ….Nicole is also sympathetic but not overly you can tell she’s sincere and not just playing a part. So obviously our family loves Nicole Gargano and hope she never leaves MSU pharmacy

Really like the Pharmacy. Everyone is nice. I wish they could do an automated reminder text the my refills were due. Not just when they are ready, that would be so helpful.
